New Job, New Truck!

For those who don't know, Jeff has been struggling with his employment. Well, not struggling with employment, but struggling with not being paid his commissions. For over two years we were promised something and it never came. Anyways, a job opportunity showed up. It was with Rain Bird. He knew he was qualified, but worried about not having all the education experience that they were wanting. He applied anyways, more just to get his name out there than anything, but still hopeful. Well, after 8 or so interviews they offered him the job!! It was an answer to so many prayers! It pays us more, yes he will be traveling, but it's nothing too terrible. And I think one of Pug's most favorite perks of this job was a new truck! All salesmen get a company vehicle. He was given a list to choose from, and he chose to get the Toyota Tundra. It is a pretty sweet truck!

Here we are test driving it before it was officially his to drive.

Needless to say we have been blessed!! I will still continue to work for a little while (more just to help pay off the debt that accrued while we were unemployed and under- employed). It is so nice to not have to worry as much about how we were going to pay for food, bills, emergencies. Prayers are answered, just not always the way and time we want.
