PARADE TIME!

Every year I have at least one kid in the Eagle Mountain Pony Express Day's parade. This year it was just McKenzie. I love our city's parade. They do such a good job and it still feels like a small town event.

A Lot Of Catching Up To Do

I know it has been a LONG time, a REALLY, REALLY long time since my last post. Life kind of got away from me. I will try to do a few brief posts about what has been going on in the Stoddart household. Bear with the many posts that need to be done. (this is my journal/ scrapbook so I need to have it down!)

Happy #10 Cameron!

My Baby Boy turned ten on June 10th! How can that happen? He is such a good kid and we love having him be a part of our family.
He wanted a bike and a Real jersey. We were able to make him happy that day!

Her actually got his bike early because McKenzie left for girls camp early that morning.

He is one handsome dude!!

My Gymnast

Abby had her gymnastics showcase in May as well. She has really excelled in this sport. She was only in level one for about a month and a half before they moved her to level 2. And she is at the top of her class in level 2 right now as well.

Unfortunately the lighting was not the best for taking pictures, they were in front of a window. But you can just imagine how great she really looked!

The GRADUATES!

This year was the year of double graduations (the next time this will happen for us will be McKenzie's High School and Abby's 6th grade, but I don't even want to think about that one!)

Abby's kindergarten graduation was so cute. Here is Abby giving the letter 'R' speech. "R is for reading stories, even ones that bring a tear." She had it perfectly memorized.

Abby with her wonderful kindergarten teacher Mrs. LeBaron. She had a great year and is more than ready for 1st grade.

McKenzie's 6th grade graduation was great too. McKenzie spent this year on student council as well. She had such a blast doing that with her BFF.

They grow up way too fast!

"We are the Champions!"

The end of May marked the end of school and the end of soccer (although soccer never really ends, just moves from one season to the next). Pug's little team did AMAZING!! After finishing 5th or 6th in the Fall season they came back hard and strong in futsal winning 2 championships in a row. We were really excited to see what these boys would do in the Spring season. They did not disappoint! We didn't lose a game! (We tied one, but no losses) And we came home with the Championship for our league. I am so proud of Pug and Cameron and all the cute boys on that team. Way to go Rage!

Locks of Love

Okay, WOW it would seem that I have fallen off the face of the planet for awhile. It has been crazy busy, but I really wanted to document the important things that have happened. So be prepared to have the last 2 and a half months blogged very quickly in one day (maybe 2)


Near the end of school they had a Locks of Love assembly- for those who don't know Locks of Love is a charitable organization that takes donated hair and makes wigs for children with hair loss. Well, Abby had been growing out her hair for just this occasion. She was thrilled to get to have her hair cut in front of the whole school!
